Our Team

God has woven together a team of storytellers, creatives, administrators and technicians passionate about helping nonprofit ministries tell their story about how they’ve been called to advance the Kingdom of God across the globe.

God is weaving a beautiful tapestry of unconditional love and changed lives, and He’s invited each of us to join Him, and we invite you to join us!

I love Jesus and joining him on the journey of reconciling all of creation back to its creator. Where we are thriving and flourishing in every aspect of our lives. I find myself best able to help others become their best selves, revealing God's glory, and championing our neighbor’s good through sanctuary, school, and sports. The same areas in which I have always experienced shalom.

I hail from Northwest Iowa, North Kansas City, Shreveport, Louisiana, and Jonesboro, Arkansas, through people brought to America as enslaved people from Nigeria. I currently serve as the Vice President of Inclusive Excellence at Bethel University, where I focus on developing leaders, scholars, and servants who embody the values of "The House of God."

I hold a Ph.D. in education with a specialization in leadership, with research centered on Urban Teacher Residency programs and Cultural Intelligence. Previously, I served as the Director of Strategic Diversity Initiatives at Northwestern College, and also played professional arena football for 8 years. I am absolutely ecstatic about any opportunity to provide a platform to help unlock human potential.

I love connecting people, telling stories, and investing in others. I have a deep desire to see those around me flourish and reach their God-given potential, and it starts with my family. My wife Heather is kind and compassionate and has taught me how to see people like Jesus sees them. God has given Trey, Elise, and Adalyn each a love for His Word and hearts of worship. We love going on adventures together, leading worship together, and singing together like a TV family late at night on long road trips.

I graduated from Bethel University before the turn of the century and started my career at American Express. From there I went on to start new ventures and learn many lessons that would ultimately shape my career. Eventually I landed at Tightrope Media Systems where I serve as President, and lead the Carousel signage team. I formally accepted the call to become the worship leader for Hope Fellowship, the church we’ve attended for over 25 years, on March 1st, 2020. Who ever said God doesn’t have a sense of humor? It is quite clear looking back that God has woven all the people and experiences of my life together for His purposes, and I want to step into it faithfully in this next season.

I'm  a spirited Jesus-loving girl who's always on the move. Whether it's lending a helping hand to others or taking the reins when things get a bit chaotic, I thrive on the excitement of serving and leading. My walk with God grounds me and fills me with an unshakeable peace, especially when I'm surrounded by the beauty of nature.

From hiking through rugged mountain trails to paddling the lakes of the Boundary Waters, or simply rocking on my front porch with my best friend and husband of 29 years, I feel close with God every moment I’m outdoors.

I truly love inspiring others to discover the extraordinary potential within them. From my four young adult children to the women in my Bible study, I firmly believe that each person is uniquely gifted by God and has a purpose to fulfill on this side of heaven. I'm passionate about helping others unlock their God-given greatness and find fulfillment in living out their purpose.

I am a devoted family man whose heart is filled with love for my wonderful wife, Sabina, and our 3 kids: Micah, Eleanor, and Sadie. I see my roles as a husband and a father as a divine calling. I work from home, and Sabina homeschools our kids, giving us the freedom to enjoy our days together and the creation God gave us to explore. We love adventuring together, from hiking in the mountains to hunting the beach for shark teeth; we are alive in nature. I love reading, woodworking, and listening to all kinds of music and often wish that real life was played out as a musical.

I started my career as a bartender and restaurant manager. After college, I moved into tech in the data destruction industry and have now spent over a decade working at Carousel Digital Signage, crafting my people skills as the manager of our Customer Success Team. I also serve at our church, teaching elementary school kids. I have no greater purpose than serving and obeying God's will and striving to become more like Jesus each day.

Grateful is how I would describe myself this season of my life. I'm so grateful God has blessed me with my family. Dwayne, my wonderful and humorous husband of thirty years and I have been blessed with three amazing children Ashley, Rachel & Ben. They are all at different stages of life but I so enjoy our time together. A few of our favorite things are camping, boating and taking road trips to small towns and Out West.

One might also describe me as loyal. I've worked for a small Marketing Agency for 26 years and have been blessed to be in many roles from Accounting, HR and am currently VP of Operations. I'm also privileged to be a point person for CarePortal at Hope Fellowship. Care Portal is a nonprofit that connects churches with families and children that are in crisis and need additional support. Lastly, I'm thrilled to be a part of Grand Weaver and look so forward to watching it unfold. We serve a great God!

Graphic Design and Photography

By day, I'm the Communications Director for the Minnesota Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where I shape messages and stories that inspire. When I'm not in the office, I'm behind the lens of my own photography business, capturing life's beautiful moments one snapshot at a time.

My husband, Zach, and I are blessed with two amazing kids, Claire (7) and Connor (5). Jesus is my rock, coffee fuels my days, and creativity is my playground. I'm humbled to serve as a thread in the Grand Weaver's tapestry, using visual art and graphic design to draw people closer to God’s greater story, particularly through this podcast. Let's create something meaningful together.

Living in a world that's so broken yet, one where we're also able to reach one another so easily, it's motivated me to do just that─ to connect with others. To be relatable too, to care for people, to show people that they are not alone. I strive to help people feel seen & understood through both the art I create and by the way I treat others. Ultimately, I am always ready to sit down with someone who's in need of a friend. I long to see people meet Jesus, and for those same people to prosper. With the platforms that I've been gifted by God, it has been my primary goal to reach others and reflect the love of Jesus. All it can take to transform someone's life is to simply offer them a friend.

After graduating from Anoka High School in 2023, I made the decision to take a gap year. Though, I would like to continue my education in college going forward. As an artist that creates both visual and auditory arts, I am very passionate about my hobbies. Since the earliest days of high school, I have especially enjoyed shaping my crafts, but I've really been a creative my entire life. These are only hobbies at the moment, but I'd love to turn these pursuits into a fulfilling career that would impact those around me positively.
